Michele is a joy to work with and is without a doubt a competent dog and person trainer. She has a wonderful and clear speaking voice and we loved learning from her. She taught us everything she promised to teach us and helped us to teach our dog each of the promised behaviors. She managed the class with ease and gave complete and thorough feedback for each behavior we were trying to help our dog learn.

Michele was on time for every class and answered every question presented to her with a thoughtful and responsive answer. She also included socialization exercises for us at the beginning of each class among the dogs in the class and then between the dogs in our class and with the dogs coming in for the next class. She was always in control and completely managed the entire situation. She is quite an impressive young woman.

We attended a puppy class before finding Michele’s training class. Michele’s approach to everything in the class was far superior to our previous experience with the other company.
