Michelle is great! First, she is very responsive responding to my e-mails and text in a timely manner. She was always on time and was very patient with us. It was worth every penny; especially considering she came to us. We have two adult small dogs (a Papillion and a Chihuahua) that love to bark a lot and are afraid of other animals. I thought our Chihuahua was aggressive and now I understand its fear. Michelle talked us through step by step what to do, and helped us understand the “why”. While our pups are not perfect yet, we are making good progress and now we know what we need to do.  I highly recommend her.
