Excellent obedience class prompts veterinarian to recommend Dog Gone Good to her clients

Dear Michele,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent obedience class. My dog, Harry, and I truly enjoyed participating and learned a great deal.

I always tell my clients that obedience class is just as much (if not more!) about training the owner as it is about training the dog. If only we both could stay as well-trained as we were on the day of graduation!

As you know, I am a veterinarian and therefore spend a lot of time educating my clients on a wide range of behavior topics. I very much enjoyed hearing your philosophy on dog training. Many times as I listened to you teach and read your handouts I was impressed by your knowledge of behavior, your positive outlook, and your “I know what you’re going through, I’ve been there” attitude. I agree wholeheartedly that dogs learn much better by positive reinforcement (or the lack thereof) than by physical correction, and have even incorporated several of your ideas which were new to me into my discussions with clients. I work at a large practice, and my colleagues and I have started sending clients to you because of my positive experience in your class.

Thank you again, and keep up the good work!

Sincerely,

Wendy Breckenridge-Nystrom, DVM
