It was much more than I expected. Excellent, caring, and so knowledgeable. The ideas you had to deal with different problems were so helpful. Having a reactive dog, you knew how to handle her and show us how to work with her. Seeing our Cocoa respond was amazing. Great training and education for us. Hand out sheets were helpful.
