Michelle was professional, kind, and above all else effective in her training. We had two sessions with her and both paid immediate dividends with our pup. She doesn’t just train you and your pup and leave you high and dry – she also leaves you with all the material you’ve gone over on some very nicely put together handouts that help you keep the lessons fresh in your mind.  She was flexible with our schedule and handled our need to reschedule without even the smallest hiccup.  Our dog is doing great and we’re so thankful for Michelle’s help!
