Michelle was wonderful. She helped my new rescue dog feel comfortable going into her crate. She even went outside with us to help with potty training while it was freezing out! Michelle is very experienced and she is just so good with animals. My dog really responded well to her. Michelle followed up with us a few days later to see how our dog was doing. She offered more tips over the phone. I’ve been practicing everything she taught me and our dog has shown a lot of improvement. I probably will not need any further sessions because she was that good but if any other problems occur, I will definitely use her services again.
